Dr. Lawrence Jones has been a licensed minister since 2000 and co-founder and co-owner of Silver Care, LLC, along with his wife, Dr. Erica Jones, as the founder and owner. Silver Care employs caregivers to provide non-skill personal care services in the homes of the elderly and disabled. For the past five years, Dr. Jones and his wife have been the primary caretakers for her grandparents, who are both people living with dementia. Dr. Jones's mission is to continue to work alongside his wife in research strategies to help people living with dementia and their caregivers to have a better quality of life. In addition, Erica and I have established a non-profit called Silver Care Dementia Center, Inc.
